1. The service

SAM (“Solana Asset Monitor”, “we”) provides automated risk signals about Solana tokens, websites, social accounts and wallets through this website, a Telegram bot and a browser extension (the “Service”).

2. No advice

The Service provides information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A low risk score is not a recommendation to buy and does not guarantee that a token, site or account is safe.

3. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your transactions and for keeping your seed phrase and private keys secret. SAM will never ask for them.

4. Accounts and plans

Connecting a wallet is read-only. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Features offered free during launch month may become part of paid plans afterwards.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service, submit false reports, scrape it at scale or try to disrupt it. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, SAM is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

What we collect

Public wallet addresses you connect or paste, the inputs you scan, reports you submit, and contact details you choose to give us (for example for the waitlist or support).

What we never collect

Seed phrases, private keys or passwords. We never ask you to sign a transaction to run a check.

How we use it

To run scans, deliver alerts you set up, improve detection and answer support requests. Confirmed scam reports may be published in the public blacklist without your personal details.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers such as Helius (blockchain data) and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time and ask us to delete your account data by writing to [email protected].
